WARM UP AT THE VILLAGE CAFE!
The Village Café at the newly decorated St. Oswald’s Church Hall, Main Street, Fulford, has re-opened for the New Year and offers a great place to come and warm up on frosty mornings! Open three mornings a week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 9am – 12 noon, the café offers mouthwatering refreshments and a very warm and friendly welcome to all.

The Village Café serves a selection of fair trade, delicious coffees, teas and hot chocolates, and a range of scrumptious homemade cakes, scones and biscuits, lovingly prepared by our volunteers. It also offers a cosy and appealing environment to sit and relax for a bit of ‘me-time’! It has a children’s corner with toys, and high chairs, for any parents wanting to come along with little ones, plus there are magazines for anyone wishing to just relax on their own or with friends.
A WELCOME SPACE
a great stopping place for a quick cuppa along Fulford Road, the café also provides a much-needed facility for the Fulford community - offering a welcoming space, a refreshing break, the chance for a chat or a quiet spot to relax and read - even a place for small children to play. Look forward to seeing you there!
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Further volunteers both for baking and serving at the Village Café would be most welcome. If you can help in any way, please contact Heidi e: heidifolland@googlemail.com or Pippa - e: pippaensor@ainslie.plus.com
